The programme is designed for the administrative staff of our partner universities (e.g. Admissions and Student Affairs, Financial Management, Human Resources, International Services, Library, Management Assistants, Marketing & Communications & Alumni Services, Research & Development & Innovations etc). Also other staff members interested in the programme are warmly welcome.

Registration period is 7 - 31 January 2014. We can take altogether 30 participants to HAAGA-HELIA Staff Week 2014. Registration is open for staff members of HAAGA-HELIA partner universities only.
Upon registration, please be prepared to provide also a Erasmus Working Programme -form signed by you and the international office representative in your university.

The programme starts on Monday 7.4.2014 at 9.00 at HAAGA-HELIA Pasila Campus in Helsinki. The programme ends on Friday 11.4.2014 at 16.00.

9.00 Departure from Helsinki, Pasila Campus
Bus to Porvoo leaves at 9.00 in front of the hotel Holiday Inn Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre –Messukeskus. Address: Messuaukio 1, Helsinki. The hotel is located next to HAAGA-HELIA Pasila Campus.
